Hey,
Its good that ur trying to lose weight!
But its the wrong way!
You’re crashdieting!
A human body like yours needs at least 2000 kcal a day.
If u stay doing this ur starving your body and it could cause medical problems!
Nice idea by the way!(Still something positive!)
Bye bye!

This is the Weight Watchers Diet with less variety. It’s less than half your daily calories before you started.
In 2000, I did the Atkins diet through the Atkins center, directly under his direction. i lost 80 pounds, which, seven years later, I’ve gained back. When I started to plateau, the advice was to stop all dairy products and to just eat hamburgers, for all my meals, and nothing else but nutritional supplements — vitamins, minerals. Hamburgers means a fried or broiled beef patty, nothing else.
It worked very well.

i am an american that has eaten many a Max burger. In admire the fact that you can only eat one at a sitting. I found it impossible to eat less than three!!!! I wish we had a Max in the states.

Hej!!
It’s a strange way to loose weight but it also seems to be a good one.
I’m french and I spent one year in Göteborg and I’ve never noticed that Max made some low fat hamburgers!!
Good luck for the end of your diet!
Hej da.
